Fact: When
viewing movable objects with a strobe light they appear to move slower than
they actual are.
Theory: If
you set up a strobe light were there has been activity of an apparition or
shadow person, then in theory if the apparition or shadow person enters into
the room, hallway etc where the strobe light is located then it may slow down
the movement of the apparition or shadow person so then you will be able to
capture it on either photographs or video.
